About 2 weeks ago, a came across a Craigslist ad for a Rolleiflex. I looked at the listing and noticed the seller was also selling three Leica lenses. Long story short, I met with the lovely lady whose selling her fathers collection and scored two lenses at $100 each: Leica 90mm 2.8 Elmarit and a Leica 135mm 4.5 Hektor with the corresponding Leica SM to M adapter. She knew how much they were worth but preferred to sell them cheap to someone who would use the lenses rather than flipping them for a profit. Upon closer inspection both lenses do have light haze, but a CLA should take care of that problem, and the service is reasonably priced. Not too bad.
Here is a few shots with the Leica 90mm 2.8 Elmarit on Ilford HP5+. The lens is still usable with the haze, but it still lacks that pop and contrast.
